Overall a pleasant experience to set up the funeral, and a respectful service on the day. Mark listened well to my needs, and had some good suggestions. The whole process was made as uncomplicated as I needed, wih very clear communication of what was needed from me. This truely is an "all under one roof" service, when you dont want to be thinking of the details and coordinating arrangements, and good value too.

A W Lymns were absolutely amazing during the recent death of my 29 year old daughter. They were compassionate, understanding and kind they saw to every detail and made sure that everything ran smoothly. They way that Andy was with the deceased 9 year old daughter will stay with us for ever. They truly were amazing and we can't thank them enough for helping us through such a difficult time in our life's. They have never once demanded payments or requested money, even after the event. They have gone out their way to ensure we have the appropriate time to get our heads straight following a series of sad events. We have nothing but love for lymns and would highly recommend them to others should they need to use such a service. Our heart felt thanks to Elaine, Andy and all the team at Lymns you are truly a fantastic team and amazing and the job you do. Lymns Funeral Service was excellent. 
The service they provided was of a professional  service and the people who helped us to organise the funeral of my dad was very good.

Unfortunately while we were happy with most of the service we received from Lymns, we did feel very rushed out of the Church and onto the crematorium. We didn't get chance to talk to anyone who attended and several people weren't able to get to the crematorium in time and ended up arriving as we left again.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service we received in arranging the funeral and on the day of it. Tracey could not have gone out of her way any more than she did for us. There were 2 obscure songs that we wanted and she went to so much trouble to find them for us. Her manner is kind and soft, at no time did she rush us or make us feel nuisances. She kept us informed all the way through, one day she couldn't get hold of me and rang me from home that evening. Tracey is one person that is definitely in the right job.

It was a difficult process to go through for me, arranging mum's funeral. I was unsure of the process i.e what to get from where. Beryl on reception was helpful and patient in reminding me what was outstanding.

There was always someone available to take my call when I needed to check something or ask another question.

Emma provided us with an order of service which was beyond my expectations.

The support and service received from all staff was fantastic. From collection of mum's body to taking us on an expressed route to the wake. I cannot thank Russell enough for making the funeral run smoothly. Staff curtesy towards my sister and myself was professional and courteous.
