Lymn’s treated us very well, with a professional manner and personal touch. They were attentive to our needs. They sat with us, explaining all the necessary steps and other options available and their cost, step-by-step. We never felt rushed; they gave us our own time in which to decide matters. They were available on the phone anytime and even came out to us on a home visit. Ourselves, the rest of the family and friends all thought that they provided a service that was a fitting tribute to our loved one and was very professionally conducted.

I cannot compliment or thank Julia and the rest of the Lymn's team enough. My mum's funeral was handled professionally and sympathetically from start to finish. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate any changes/additions we wanted to make, sometimes at very short notice, was superb and contributed to a very special and memorable day for all the family. I would also like to thank Andy Bruce for conducting such a lovely service, his touching tribute captured the essence of my mum perfectly.

Welcoming, professional, friendly, supportive efficient service from all the personnel I had contact with. Even when there was a little hicough at the crematorium it was dealt with professionally ,without a fuss. Their care and attention took a lot of the stress out of an emotional day.

I dealt with Donna at the Beeston branch. She was professional and sensitive to my requirements and guided me through the necessary paperwork. 
She put me in touch with a nonreligeous celebrant who conducted the service with dignity and respect. 
On the day of my mother's funeral the hearse had a mechanical problem,  this can happen with classic vehicles. Donna was (at my request) in charge and swiftly informed us of the delay. 
I was contacted by Mr Lymn, the proprietor and he apologised for doing so by email due to my living some distance away.  He waived the cost of the floral tribute, which I felt was a generous gesture. 
Lymn's is a highly respected Nottingham firm and they upheld the highest standards of professional conduct.

Fiona and Kevin made sure everyone feelings were catered for, we were well informed what to expect and everything went well.timing was spot on and no one felt rushed,they even arranged for a vicar of our choice to officiate the service.
Well done and thank you everyone Dad would have been so proud.
