You were able to make a very sad time as easy to deal with as possible. Made it feel as though anything we wanted to ask either by coming in or calling up was not too small a question. Thank you once again

A.W Lymn made the hardest time of our lives that little bit easier. The help with planning leading up to the funeral and knowing our little man was in safe hands was invaluable. The funeral it's self was beautiful and peaceful, what our little boy deserved. Thank you.

This is such a sad time, but the funeral for my Father was superb, and really helped us in our bereavement. AW Lymn gave us great personal service and really listened to what we wanted, we were able to put all our confidence in them and concentrate on saying goodbye. Ellie and Russell were both very professional, but warm and friendly too. Ellie put us in touch with Sarah Willis, a wonderful celebrant who worked with us to provide a service that did justice to my Father. Every detail of the day itself went without a hitch, and I must say that the new crematorium at Gedling is lovely.

Thank you for your high appraisal of the service provided by the team at Beeston. We are however sorry that you found the online obituary system frustrating. This is a relatively new system and we are working closely with the developers and so any feedback that you wish to provide about the issues you have experienced would be very welcome and would assist them with improving the system for others. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!,excellent from start to finish.Karen at Sutton In Ashfield branch was brilliant,no pressure,no 'salesman' tactics,extremely helpfull,nothing was too much trouble.Karen should be promoted!,if she is already at the highest rank you should invent a higher one just so she can be promoted to that! :-).ps if you need a 'non religious' speaker at the funeral service,i would highly recomend a gentleman called Adam Humphries (ask karen about him),lovely bloke,did an excellent job,all was perfect!.

We have only the very highest praise for Jane Keetley at Lymns of Wollaton and the rest of the team of bearers and drivers on the day. In particular, Jane's professional and sympathetic approach with the arrangements made the whole process that much easier for us as a family to deal with.We just couldn't have asked for a better service......we now know why Lymns have the best reputation...because they deserve it!

I would like to thank everyone at Lymns, Arnold for their compassion and professionalism. They all helped to make a very distressing time less painful. My Mum's Service was so lovely and I am sure she would have been very proud.

Friendly, good service. Reasonably priced. Most importantly, on the day they were very professional and reassuring. My father paid for a funeral in advance and all of that was handled smoothly. My only minor gripe was the first visit after my father passed away, when we went in to finalise all the details of the burial and a junior member of staff (who was obviously not quite as polished as the others) used phrases like 'back-filling' instead of 'covering' as the others had, which actually felt quite insensitive. But overall still 5 stars.

Vicky. Thank you very much for your kind response. As you know Johnâs relationship with our family business goes back nearly fifty years. He was, throughout most of his working life, a loyal and much loved colleague and friend of the people we serve in the local community. I thought that the letter that he wrote for all the family that was read at the funeral was so moving. In so many ways Johnâs life touched others when they were at their lowest ebb and for the help, support, care and friendship he gave in those situations he will always be remembered with such high regard. Thank you. -

I would thoroughly recommend AW Lymn Funeral Directors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Dan Barnes was excellent at overseeing the arrangements. His soothing manner helped my father and I considerably at such a sad time in our lives. I have to say that, never having had to arrange a funeral before, my original reason for choosing Lymns was owing to them having Rolls Royce cars that I desperately wanted to send my uncle off in, owing to him having been a former Rolls Royce employee. It turned out that it was not just the cars that helped give my uncle the send off he deserved. It was also the caring and professional nature of the staff. We were given the freedom to make decisions so we could tailor the arrangements to our special requirements. The funeral itself was exactly as special as I had wanted it to be, with a beautiful tribute led by the Celebrant. I am sure my uncle would agree and be very happy too. Thank you AW Lymn, for everything.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank A.W. Lymn,they provided a fantastic service and made everything so easy at such a sad and hard time.
We had Julia Carty come round to mums house,she had previously spoken to mum and mum had expressed her wishes which Julia then explained to us.
Without Julia I think myself and the family would have found organising the funeral very hard.
I can't thank A.W.lymns and all the staff enough for what they did before,during and after the process.
