During thus difficult time all the staff were amazing. My mum was always dealt with compassion and care with every step, from taking her from the care home to taking her to the crematorium. They made things so much easier us at this upsetting time. I would like to especially mention Natalie, she was amazing, helped me so much with all the organising, couldn't of got through it without her.

We found that Jonathan Terry were very attentive, took time to understood what we wanted and provided us with a ceremony to match our best expectations. This included the celebrant, the florist and the visual and musical tribute.
We would like to our thanks to all involved, particularly Natalie who made a very sad time much easier to bear.

Jonathan and his team delivered an excellent and sensitive service and without being in the least bit obtrusive, managed to take care of important small details which were the finishing touch and things we would never have thought of. In addition, both the celebrant and florist recommended to us by Jonathan's team were first class. Everybody who attended the service in the Crematorium, and those watching online, commented to us that they thought that the whole funeral service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anybody in need of funeral services.

Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors has been nothing short of excellent with regards to the arrangements for my partner. The communication, care and checks throughout were all absolutely spot on. Everything was clear and undertaken in a timely and sensitive manner. At no stage was I uncertain what was happening and I was always able to ask when I needed reassurance and guidance.
