Losing a loved one can be a very sad and stressful time but the whole team at Jonathan Terry helped myself and my sister go through this when we sadly lost our mum.

I never felt pressured.
Trish kept me informed about all the procedures I had chosen

The funeral went very well. I was so pleased with how well every thing was put together. The music, the slides..

Having Nigel Chamberlain (an old friend with whom I had worked for many years) conduct my wife's funeral made it very special. His thoughtfulness, kindness and attention to detail is something I always admired greatly when we worked together - being on the receiving end was a new experience altogether.

He could not have been more professional, yet having that familiar touch made a difficult stage in life so much easier, as he cared for both me and my family. You are lucky to have him working with you, with his real enthusiasm for his calling.

The bearers on the day, the flowers, the coffin, the hearse and conduct of the funeral were exemplary, and it is great to see how Jonathan's company has developed under his expert care, having known him when he first trained as a Funeral Director.

My grateful thanks to you all, and especially to Nigel. The family know exactly where to come when my days are over!
