From the moment that I asked Jonathan Terry to conduct a funeral he & his team were amazing. They provided guidance & support throughout the process.
The service was held somewhere that was not one of their regular chapels but you wouldn’t know. They were still able to ensure the whole thing went smoothly & guide us as we needed.
I would certainly use them again & would fully recommend their services.

Our daughter passed away in tragic circumstances on 7th July 2025. She took her own life.
We live 120 miles away from Southampton so had no local knowledge as to which funeral director to instruct to manage the funeral. Jonathan Terry was recommended by three different people and we are very pleased that we followed their recommendation.
From the moment that Claire was taken into the care of Jonathan Terry we felt reassured that she would be handled with love and care. Thomas was our contact person at Jonathan Terry and he led the funeral on the day at Wessex Vale. He always showed dignity and respect for Claire and for us as her family so a big "Thank You" to him.
The celebration of Claire's life went as well as it could, taking into account the circumstances of her death, and in no small part was this down to Thomas and his colleagues at Jonathan Terry.
