I simply do not have the words to describe how wonderful the team at Jonathan Terry have been following the sad death of my loved one.
I dealt with Natalie and Sarah at the London Road office.
Every step of the way they were there for me.  They demonstrated kindness, compassion, knowledge, skill and understanding beyond anything I could have wished for.  Nothing was too much trouble and their communication was outstanding.
On the day of the funeral Victoria and the team of gentlemen were absolutely wonderful; again kind, respectful and efficient so everything worked to perfection for us.
This day will stay in my memory forever, as will the amazing staff at Jonathan Terry who made it all possible.

I cannot rate Jonathan Terry more highly. They made an awful time in our lives so much more bearable and gave our loved one a truly special send-off. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, due to their empathy, professionalism and patience. In particular, I want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful Victoria, Trish and Tracey. We obviously wish (more than anything) that we hadn't had to organise a funeral at all, but since we did, it was perfect. We've had so many compliments about how well the service went.

The service and care provided for Terry by Victoria, Jonathan, Matthew and Trish was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.  The funeral service was a celebration of Terry’s life, with many positive comments about the way it was conducted. From the first meeting to the farewells at the end of the service, Jonathan Terry was faultless. Everybody went above and beyond to be helpful, compassionate and supportive. They made a very difficult time as easy as possible and delivered an impeccable service. We have used them before and if Needed will not hesitate to use again. Extremely professional, genuinely compassionate, respectful and, sorry to be crass, but for less than I expected

Our first meeting with Victoria was very soon after my mum had passed away at home.  Victoria was so kind and reassuring, going at our pace and offering words of comfort and a few details as to what would happen next.  Victoria called the following day both to see how we were and to again talk us through the first few steps of attending to the formalities and arranging mum’s funeral.  When we visited Victoria at Jonathan Terry, Peartree Ave, again, her approach was very professional but at the same time, sensitive towards our emotions whilst taking us through the process.  We felt very much that we were being guided through and could rely totally on their services before and on the day.  Mum's funeral was perfect with every detail just as it should have been, allowing us to attend and mourn without being concerned about it running smoothly.  The highest of recommendations from myself and my family for Jonathan Terry and a particular thank you to Victoria.

I would just like to say thank you to all at Johnathan Terry especially Victoria for taking very good care of my granddaughter Amy Louise Waldock.

From 1st entering the shop we were made very welcome and were put at ease and were shown kindness and empathy. We were informed of what was to happen and when and there was lots of communication and the obituary was really nice for people tp share and add comments etc. The funeral service was really lovely and the people that attended thought so as well and that mum would have been very proud. Thank you all so very much for arranging a wonderful funeral and we will certainly recommend your company to family and friends.
