Everything was perfect, exactly as my family wanted for Bill. Every member of Jonathan's staff were so kind, helpful and respectful our grateful thanks to them all. Trisha was in touch almost daily to let us know what was happening & on the day of the funeral Jonathan looked after us all, we could not have wished for better. We were very pleased with the service given by all the staff at Jonathan Terry, Peartree branch. Even the first phone call I made asking you to deal with mums funeral was dealt with so professionally. We then met Victoria who very sensitively guided us through the questions and decisions needed. Jonathan Terry was so respectful when he phoned me the day before the funeral to let me know he would be present at mum’s funeral and his manner was exemplary on the day of the funeral. An extremely sad occasion made more bearable by you all, we can’t thank you enough.

Can’t rate highly enough what a blessing it was the day l walked into Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors and met Natalie. l knew instantly l was in safe hands, nothing was too much trouble and on the day everything went like clockwork. Sad occasion though it was it was a wonderful celebratory day just as l’d hoped it would be. Our thanks to everyone at Jonathan Terry but especially to Natalie Day

Jonathan Terry are simply the best. We have used them for 3 funerals over last 10 years or so and each time they have been kind, considerate and flexible. They offer advice and guidance if you want or need it but you always feel in total control of all decisions.

I can't thank all of the staff enough. They have been incredible. My husband was looked after with love, care and respect. The family were looked after and guided throughout such a difficult time, nothing was too much trouble. A truely caring team and I would recommend you to anyone.
