Jonathan Terry’s staff were so helpful every step of the way. At a time of shock and great sadness they guided us through a very difficult process. 
They were gentle but efficient in a situation which was very strange for the family.
Occasionally they went out of their way to ensure we could have particular music, photographs and readings which we preferred and were always there when we had queries.

Natalie and the team were absolutely wonderful. Their care, compassion, and attention to detail helped my mum’s family and friends honour her life and truly celebrate who she was. We couldn’t have asked for better support during such a difficult time.

Mat the director of Alans funeral was kind and thoughtful and everything went very smooth Certaily took out some of the stress of Alan's los as we did not have to worry at all it was all taken care of.

We would like to thank Johnathan Terry Funeral Directors and his team particularly Thomas Clarke for their professionalism in dealing with our mother’s funeral. Their understanding was truly top draw in everything we wanted for our mum. From their fleet of cars to the chapel of rest. Everything was handled with compassion and dignity. They guided us through each step with patience and understanding, making the process far less overwhelming. We have used Johnathan Terry Funeral Directors numerius times and would not go elsewhere. Their professionalism, compassion ans attention to detail are second to none. During very difficult times, they have been supportive, resoectful and ressuring, making the whole process as smooth as possible. We cannot recommend them highly eniugh.
