I would like to thank Natalie, Sarah and the team at London Road for their compassion, professionalism, guidance and support during the very difficult time. We lost both mum and dad within a few months of each other and the care and kindness shown to me and my family was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for both funerals. They are a credit to Jonathan Terry and I would highly recommend them.Thank you. The Littlehales family.

Everything was sympathetically discussed and explained beforehand.
They were friendly and professional and looked after my daughter beautifully.

They have a wonderful talented professional team who guided and helped me through the many different tasks of bereavement in a positive sensitive respectful way. They achieved dates for the cremation and church service which we did not think was possible.

Johnathan Terrys personally led by Tom we’re fantastic with my mothers funeral. From our first meeting to discuss our requests to the day of her funeral was excellent. Organising the white horses and carriage for our mums life long wish was excellent. The whole service was just how mum and family had wanted.Sad time for us but professionally carried out.
