On behalf of our entire family, we would like to express our deepest gratitude during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

From the very beginning, you guided us through arranging our dad’s funeral — something completely unfamiliar and overwhelming to us. Your compassion, patience, and understanding made an unbearable situation feel just a little more manageable.

We spent nearly a month visiting Dad at the funeral home, and throughout that time, you treated us with such kindness and respect. Even when we changed our minds or asked for things to be done differently, you were endlessly patient and always worked with us to ensure our wishes were honoured. That meant more to us than we can ever truly express.

On the day of the funeral, our emotions and anxieties were understandably high. The team who cared for us that day were calm, respectful, and incredibly supportive. Your guidance and reassurance helped us feel safe and looked after when we needed it most.

Natalie looked amazing on the day, and our dad — the smartest and most traditional man we knew — would have truly appreciated the dignity and traditional values you upheld throughout. Everything was handled with such care and professionalism.

We cannot recommend you highly enough. Thank you for treating our dad, and our family, with such compassion and respect.

Oh my goodness where do I begin - words cannot express my families gratitude to Jonathan Terry.
He had looked after both my parents so I knew we were in safe hands when I unfortunately needed to arrange my daughter's service however he took his care of us to another level and exceeded all our expectations.
He was so caring, kind and patient as I was not always ready to react in a timely manner such was my grief.
Jonathan's professionalism throughout our journey could not be improved on and 
I am so thankful to him and his team for guiding us through the darkest days of our lives.
Quite simply this man is the most wonderful human being and I will be forever grateful that he choose this very difficult profession to excel in.

I cannot express how superb the service given by Jonathan Terry funeral directors has been in taking care of my husband Paul in his final journey . Special thanks go to Victoria , who's support , compassion and kindness helped me to get  through the most difficult time in my life . 
Thank you to all of the team at the funeral home for welcoming me everyday for weeks with such kindness ,when I visited my husband , for the empathy and dedication they showed , in giving me the time I needed to prepare for our final goodbye , for showing genuine interest in who my husband was in life , and doing everything they could to make sure his final ride was a fitting tribute to his life

I really can't speak highly enough of this wonderful group of people.

At a time when I needed both help and also space to grieve, they all seem to know exactly how much time to spend and when to leave you alone for a while.
.
They were always there when I had questions or needed advice and the actual service they provide is, in my opinion, second to none.

I have a funeral plan in place for myself and Jonathan Terry are the only people I would want to take care of me in my final days on this planet.
