When I lost my daughter, I didn’t know where to turn to. Jonathan Terry was the best place. I felt so welcomed and was able to talk to them about anything. They also fulfilled my wishes with what happened with my daughter. I could visit whenever there was a slot available. I wouldn’t have asked for any other funeral directors. Thank you all 😊

Ida my wife was terminally ill and wanted to plan her own funeral. Being unable to leave the house, Victoria came to visit Ida in our home and discussed Ida's needs and requests with great compassion and understanding.

Ida sadly passed away in July and I was distraught. I contacted Victoria who started to implement Ida's funeral plans. Every step of the way I was consulted and informed as to what I had to do and what was happening with Ida.

On visiting Jonathan Terry's I was greeted by a team of warm friendly people who took the weight of the world from my shoulders.

Every question I asked was answered, things that I could not understand were explained, problems I had were sorted.

I was advised and looked after right to the very end of Ida's funeral.

I have nothing but praise and respect for every person I encountered , my heart felt thanks to you all. A very professional service, you should all be very proud of yourselves.

I knew of jonathan terry , they looked after my friends funeral , i had no hesitation letting them organise my mothers passing , everything was perfect and very professional in a personal way , thank you tom and the staff at jonathan terry in carrying out my mothers wishes and family wishes .

Always our 1st choice, Jonathan Terry are faultless. From initial contact to the day itself, everything is handled with quiet dignity and professionalism. Little touches which mean so much, like the walk in front of the hearse and highly trained pall bearers... it was the dignified send off we would have wanted for my mum. Thank you so much.

When you are faced with having to think about the services of a funeral director and you are unsure what to do, how to go about it, and all the other questions in your head at a time you least need that, do not hesitate to contact Jonathan Terry and his amazing staff. I have been on a journey since my parent past away, and Jonathan and his team joined me on that journey and together I was able to look after my parent's affairs and they looked after me, as well as my parent. They all go above and beyond and they supported me and the family through a difficult time. We will always be very grateful to them all at such a sensitive time in our life.

Johnathan Terry, what a true professional. From the moment we met with him, he showed nothing but empathy and care. He was always making sure we were ok and even the day before contacted us with the final arrangements. He showed us nothing but respect and liaised with the Ambulance Service to ensure our service funeral for our son honoured him in the way he deserved.

If you have to arrange a funeral for a loved one then you should use Jonathan Terry. The staff were so helpful from start to finish.
Teresa's funeral went very smoothly no problems at all cannot praise all the staff enough.

Jonathan Terrys team enabled us to navigate my mother’s funeral, with minimal stress and much help advice and support. We visited my mother twice whilst in their care. She was treated with utmost respect. All our wishes were carried out, even a named seating plan. Victoria was kind, patient and understanding and was so lovely that she drove us as a family too. Trisha was very helpful with the order of service and produced a beautiful one for us to keep and look back on. The service was conducted  by Margaret Hoadley , who was reassuring and the service was relaxed and personal. We couldn’t have had a better send off for my mother. Many thanks.

I have used Matthew from Jonathan Terry for all of our family funerals.

Everyone we met in the team were caring and patient, answered all questions  and nothing was ever too much, always at the end of the phone if needed. Pete was looked after at London Road by 2 lovely ladies Natalie and Sarah, made sure all are wishes were carried out even down to the smallest detail.
