After the recent sudden loss of my husband. Jonathan Terry were absolutely amazing. Their empathy, thoughtfulness and support went above and beyond.
Myself and my family can not thank them enough. Tom, Trisha and all the team at Peartree, "thank you" keep doing what you do and being who you are, truly wonderful.

Hi sadly as we buried our mum a month earlier using a different local funeral company due to a funeral plan our mum took out,we sadly could compère, not our intention but sadly unlike terrys the other company fell short in many area,s with out going down the rd of negative let’s just say Terry,s was excellent in all. From start to finish,very professional, kind, helpful,the support was second to none, everything went very smoothly on the day,they could not do more then they did Tom who controlled the day was brilliant,calm, collective and just so helpful, clearly knew his role and done it in a kind and caring manner,even after my fathers big day I went to pick up a ring of my fathers, they handed it to me in a nice red I guess a ring box with a ribbon, a very nice touch, I expected them to hand the ring in a little plastic bag,very heart warming,I never give feedback normally, but for sure Jonathan terrys funeral directors ( pear tree) in Soton deserves it

I am delighted with the service provided by the Jonathan Terry team.
My sister Marian was looked after very promptly after our telephone call and treated with dignity on leaving her home. Such thoughtful gentlemen collected her and were very respectful to her and to her family.
In spite of the bank holiday period I was contacted in good time to arrange Marian's funeral with Natalie she was a marvel with her advice blending seamlessly with my wishes.
I was able to visit my sister in the Chapel of Rest and I felt supported throughout by Sarah and Natalie.
On the day of the funeral everything was carried out with precision and respect and I found the lights in the hearse a lovely touch.
I would also like to mention I was very happy indeed with the celebrant Emma and florist Donna that were recommended to me.
Many thanks indeed for making a very sad occasion easier for all of us.
