I want to thank You on behalf of my family and all who attended Art's funeral yesterday.
David and the team of bearers from the Co-Op funeral service were very professional and smartly presented. The arrival of the hearse was prompt and all aspects of the ceremony progressed well.
I really appreciate your care and attention to detail, and feel this celebration of my father's life was perfect.
Richard Sayer's calm and confident delivery and presentation, and the sensitive proceedings went exactly as required, and allowed me time to reflect upon my father's life and deliver his eulogy well. Many at the funeral that my Brother, Paul, and I spoke to commented on the lovely words, reading and music, the balance achieved was both respectful and conveyed Art's character and nature beautifully. My Mother Sandra was particularly moved by the music chosen.
This Funeral was fitting and appropriate for my Dad, and I am sure he would have approved.

From the moment we first talked about Judy at the office the staff were very helpful and courteous and made me feel at ease I even had a house call early morning to finalise the details of judy's cremation . the family and i decided to see Judy just one more time ,I don't no how they did it but my wife looked lovely with that cheeky smile she always had . On the day of the cremation the drivers were very helpful there was no rush it was at our pace .after the service the flowers were taken back to there premises at our request . to sum up every one made the day a special day not a ordeal
so thank you Co-operative .I have no worries recommending your cervices .

I found the whole service very professional and also very caring. At a difficult time, when coping with grief and trying to sort everything out, it was a great relief to have such an efficient team make the burden of the funeral so much easier. I would especially like to thank Lucy in the office for putting up with my numerous phone calls and dealing with doctors and the coroners office in a calm and professional manner.
