It was a beautiful place for a service. Everyone was very kind and helpful and it couldn't have gone better. The only thing I would say is that when you have your original meeting could you have a section on the form that says about the music/photos etc and when they need to be ready. I understand how it works now because it was kindly explained and we did get ours there on time. But I know at the original meeting it was difficult to remember everything we spoke about and a section on the form may make this easier. Having said that - thank you so much for a brilliant job!

We were very please with the whole package. All the staff were helpful, sympathetic and friendly. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently. We all forgot about recording the guests at the church service .

The funeral was a prepaid plan, Nicky at the funeral home was able to arrange an appointment at very short notice due to the fact that I did not live local and was only going to be in the area for a few hours. She explained all the details for the funeral. The day before the funeral I was contacted by the funeral director to discuss things and introduce himself. On the day of the funeral the staff were very courteous and supportive. I would recommend the Spilsby branch to anybody who lives in the area.

The funeral of Pamela Mills, 15/1/18.
It is a daunting prospect to organise a funeral and I was concerned that I might do something wrong or leave something out. Instead, on the day, the funeral went brilliantly and everyone was delighted and said how smoothly it went.
Alan, my funeral director, was truly excellent. He explained everything, including the details of flowers and about coffin sprays. Poor mum would have had a plain coffin if I had not been told how the coffin could look! Instead it was beautiful.
On the day Alan and the attendants were wonderful. The cortege to the Chapel and placement of the coffin was discreet and so efficient. It was raining so the burial, which i was dreading, could have been horrific. Instead it was beautifully done. The whole thing had also made me realise how helpful it was that mum had a funeral plan so I knew all her wishes!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me and my family.

The whole team at Co-Op Funeral Services Horncastle were more than excellent, from the first telephone contact to the final transport of the family members to the Wake location. The team dealt professionally; competently and yet kindly supportive with every detail from the receipt of Barbara from Lincoln Hospital, to her embalming and make-up, engagement of a superb Humanist Celebrant, and faultless completion of the funeral day itself. Nothing could be improved upon, and when it is my turn to 'go', I have left clear instructions with my sons that Co-Op Funeral Services Horncastle are to deal with my despatch! So many sincere thanks to you all for helping to make a desperate time into a pleasant memory.  John Harris

From the very first phone call to discuss my fathers funeral Sue was very helpful, courteous and professional in every aspect of the service provided. At our first meeting she made sure we were made aware of everything that could be offered and comfortable with the process and procedures. The following discussions centered around what we wanted to do to give my father the send off that our family wanted. Sue was very helpful with suggestions and advice, nothing was too much trouble and we all felt that we had been listened to, we really appreciated that at no time did we feel like we were being pressured into doing anything we did not want to happen. Following on from the initial meeting we were kept informed of where we were and able to relax knowing that the staff were in control and gave us the confidence to let them take charge.
All of the staff were extremely helpful on the day of the funeral, sensitive to our needs and provided a truly first rate service. I have spoken to all of our family prior to writing this review and can confirm that as a family we are all very happy with the professional, friendly and courteous service we received, they really helped to make the day a success and give our father the send off he deserved.
Thank you for everything you have done for us.

I recently used co-operative funeral services in Louth for my mum's funeral. Cathy and her team were truly professional kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble which is very comforting and heart warming and made a very difficult and sad time more bearable.

My wife died after a long illness. I do not know what I would have done without the support of the Co-op funeral service. We both bought a funeral plan many years ago - moral, do not think about it, do it, now.

Thank you so much for your services on such a difficult day! The professionalism was second to none. From the moment you picked everyone up to the moment you dropped everyone off the level of service was brilliant. 
Everyone commented on how the service was great and how the coffin looked and flowers etc. You made edens send off that much better, and for that we as a family can’t thank you enough!
