I couldn't have asked for a better funeral service to help me at this difficult time. The Coop helped me give my Dad the send off he deserved and supported me every step of the way. I'd like to especially thank Aly, she's been an absolute star and it would have been 100x harder without her help.

Some people who used it are unsure of the lack of smooth operation : often difficult to tie in pics with comment, leaving a donation left a lot to be desired. The donation was shown (crass) & required several attempts to input?
Perhaps using facebook would help spread the message BUT open to sad targetting & explosion of poor photos or abuse.

In such a difficult time they were compassionate and with their help we were able to send Dad off in the way we felt was fitting for him.

I couldn't rate Gainsborough co-operative high enough for the care & respect they gave to my fathers funeral arrangements they were very kind & compassionate & nothing was to much trouble for them I would highly recommend them to anyone

Could not fault the services Barry was fantastic every step of the way through a very difficult time. He explains things and talks you through the process which puts you at ease knowing everything is in good hands. He was very friendly and professional nothing was too much trouble.

The service from start to finish was impeccable, they thought of everything that I might need and they were in contact with me at all times during the few weeks and up to the day of the funeral.

Cathy was our main contact at Louth Co-operative Funeral service, and thoughout the whole process she was calm, kind, professional, respectful, and well organised. She guided us through the choosing of all the things that needed to be chosen, had the good idea of a globe background for the order of service for our well travelled mother, and gave us time to think about the things we needed to think about. The day itself ran very smoothly. Thank you.

Mum's funeral was smoothly put together with no fuss and anything we asked for was no trouble to them. Peter even phoned on Sunday evening before the funeral to let us know everything was ready for the next day and to make sure we were happy with the arrangements.
