I am so pleased and happy with the co op funeral service in horncastle, the staff there were incredibly nice and easy to talk to, i would especially like to thank Kirby who looked after my son in the 3 weeks he was in thier care.

She did everything in her power to ensure he was still looking good on his funeral day, so i could hold him one last time.

From start to finish the service we recieved from the Co-operative funeral directors (Proctor Road) was outstanding. We were treated with such care and compassion by everyone involved. We were especially grateful to David for his support and guidance at such a difficult time. He steered us through the process expertly whist taking the time to make sure every detail was just right. So helpful, caring always there if you wanted to contact them. Everything that you wanted (information) they included you in everything. So much was taken off my shoulders at a very difficult time. David Gault was a brilliant contact.

My family were so grateful on how my Dad's funeral was dealt with, kept us informed and were extremely respectful at all times. They gave my Dad the best send off in which he deserved. All i can say is that the team at Horncastle were excellent.truly professional and Tony Bacon helped my sister and I through this very sad time.Tony had to organise two services for mum which he did perfectly.we cannot thank Horncastle funeral enough for all their hard work, support every step of the way and their professionalism on the day of mum's funeral.
