Wonderful service. The team at Sleaford made a terribly sad event bearable and handled my wife's funeral with dignity and efficiency. I cannot thank them enough.

Thank you to both office based staff and, in particular David and the team who attended my aunts funeral on the day. Their care and consideration made a difficult occasion much more comfortable than it may otherwise have been.

The funeral directors of Coningsby the Co-opFuneral services was brilliant and they isn't a bad word that I could say about them they was a lovely lass called Sarah she did everything for my dad and myself she was the Sarah of Coningsby as they is another person called Sarah she deals with stuff at Horncastle office 😊

I was very happy with the professionalism , especially the gentleman that rang the day before the funeral , but was more than disappointed with the length of time it took for me to get to see my deceased Mum ...almost four weeks ; it would have been nice to have seen her on her birthday ..and also the staff on reception were meant to ring me and didn't. I ended up having to ring again ..dont need the stress when grieving to be honest

Very poor communication from reception.... as they are first port of call , they should have all the information on a loved one in their care ..... before a loved one is viewed...... family members who went on the first visit were shocked and distressed on seeing Maureen due to her through an infection when she passed away was not embalmed.....which the family were not informed about ...... this last image will stay with them ......

The only real criticism was no chance of viewing my father on a Saturday morning for close relatives and friends who worked Monday to Friday all day, other than that all went really well for a very sad day.

Very very pleased at a difficult time, everything went smoothly,respectful,friendly,excellent service.Nicola and Andrew were very helpful and Andrew's understanding of my Mother was absolutely right.
The CO-Op looked after my Father 8 years ago and again that was excellent.
