The team at Tritton Road never failed to be understanding, compassionate and patient, delivering a service that did justice to the memory of Mum. Special thanks to Stuart and Graham, who accommodated our every need and request, and dealt with proceedings with a genuine warmth.

We as a family can only say the very best service and support in our difficult times, Lee Beckett was in our opinion professional at all times offering us guidance,support, advice and comfort.
We were very fortunate that Our Late Mum had the foresight to take out a funeral bond with the Co-operative Funeral Services.
All arrangements were followed through and the overall experience was excellent,Lee kept us fully updated and informed at every stage of the events leading up to and after the service.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Co-operative Funeral services to anyone.

Carol was the person I dealt with, I found her very understanding, caring, easy to talk to and she didn' t rush any conversation that I had with her. I felt the care and service that I was given was excellent. I have been very pleased with the service I received to be able to carry out my promise to my father for his last wish. Thank you.

From start to finish the service I received was absolutely 'first class'. All staff were kind, courteous and totally professional. Every detail of my wife's funeral was handled expertly.

The service provided by Louth funeral care was caring, sympathetic and highly professional. The staff were patient, friendly and kind. At a very difficult time in our lives, this is what we needed.

Absolutely fantastic service, nothing ever to much trouble, let us see dad as many times as we wanted as there was a lot of family members. Arrangements ran perfectly smooth. And kind caring and respectful all the way through the process.

Everything was perfect. From the initial meeting to arrange service, to the respect shown to my mum at her funeral.
I cannot find any fault at all, as I said , Everything was perfect.
On a day when we all felt very sad, having the respect and kindness shown to us all helped us all get through a bad day.

Every detail regarding Mum's funeral was dealt with very efficiently and sympathetically.
Unfortunately it took a very long time to hear from the Minister to talk about the arrangements, leaving it to the last minute when it was not necessary (brochures, order of service etc.) and could have been even more distressing if anyone was needing personal comfort, but we realise, of course, that this was not due to the funeral service itself.Jess Emmerson replied
