So helpful and made the whole process very easy to cope with at a difficult time. All family and friends commented on the very appropriate civil service and it was a great tribute to Gwen's life and her character.
Great service provided by the Coop staff and all those that supported them.

Carol Bellamy was our funeral director and she took care of everything, not forgetting any detail, details we may well have forgotten ourselves. Carol even rang the evening before the cremation to run through the details with me. She was very sensitive and understanding and we were able to ask her anything we needed to know throughout the whole process. Everything went like clockwork, no hitches. Thank you for making a sad occasion run so smoothly which made it much easier for us to bear.

Jacks funeral was a lovely, well planned and beautifully carried out service. Everyone at the Co op was wonderful and treated the family with complete dignity and respect at all times. All our wishes were met with total professionalism. Special thanks to Jessica Emmerson for her kind and sympathetic handling of the arrangements.

Our family will not be recommending you to our friends and family.As we feel we did not have any support from the young lady who sorted out our mum's funeral.she was actually from Horncastle her name was kirby..we only saw her on the day we came in to sort the arrangements.we never heard from her again we tried to ring her on several occasions but no luck...we were very dissapointed with that.if it hadn't of been for the lovely receptionist Marie at proctor Rd then we don't know how we would have got thru this awful ordeal.she went above and beyond and helped us with things that were probably not her responsibility..please pass on our thanks to her..also the lady we met at the crem was lovely too apart from that it was not a nice experience for us...

I'm very happy with the help & support that I was given ,I would recommend the co/op funeral service, I was so uptight that it would all go wrong but Nicola help me with all the arrangement, I didn't want the normal ,I wanted my husband Manfred AKA Digger's coffin to go to the church on a Tractor and trailer ,Nicola listened to what I wanted ,talk me through everything, we had the funeral on 5 Sep 2016 , Nicola & her team made it all go perfect, thank you xxxx
