Everything was well organised ... The only thing that spoilt it was the dates on the order of service were not correct...

The service offered by Co op Market Rasen and particularly Vicki was excellent in every aspect.

My son and I were so impressed with the thoughtfulness and kindness that we have been shown, from every member of your staff, that we have had contact with. This has been such a difficult time for us, but it has been made so much easier for us due to guidance, advice and help given to us.

All I can say is that everyone connected to the co-op funeral service in Louth that I had dealings with were. they are most professional and caring making sure everything was how I wanted it to be. I can not thank them enough for making this terrible time that little bit easier.

Excellent thank you with the EXCEPTION I feel I have been diddled out of money back because the Lincolnshire Co-op stopped my card. It was actually taken when I lost my purse and whilst I have shopped at the Lincolnshire Co-op I have never had a card to produce as a result. Do other places stop cards without telling you? Note to Co-op, why not send another one to the registered person with a reminder to keep using it for maximum return on shopping with the Co-op, that would be far more positive. Louth has two different versions of the Co-op and quite honestly it is confusing to the general public who runs what. Most people simply view the co-op as the Co-op.....So who actually runs the travel shop and the chemist here? That is without the undertakers and three shops.....all with the C-op logo....confused.com busy at work here!

We would like to thank Carol for all her support and such caring support. Great professional attitude and a credit to the organisation. Carol even thought to give us one each of the roses we used instead of soil at Junes burial to press as a memory. Such a lovely thought .

THEY PROVIDED A VERY PERSONAL SERVICE AND DID MUM PROUD ON THE DAY OF HER FUNERAL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HOW THEY COPED WITH THE LONG JOURNEY TO THE BURIAL GROUND. THE WREATHS AND COFFIN WERE EXCELLENT TOO. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION REVEREND DAVID HENSON WHO DID A VERY MOVING AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE AT MISTERTON CHURCH. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT LINCOLNSHIRE CO OP FUNERAL SERVICES.

In a sad time I must say that Pete, Paul, and Carla really helped and nothing was too much trouble, everything went smoothly and to plan. From the orders of service down to little details like the Union Flag on my Fathers Coffin, In short we could not have wished for a better day.
