We could not have been more happy with the service we received. Tony was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. On the day everything was as we wanted it,giving Dad a day he would of been proud of.

The ladies were very nice and helpful.Every question was answered and they kept me informed every step of the way.We had to wait from December 19th to January 23rd but that wasn't your fault.Mr Michael Green who conducted the service was excellent he was very helpful before the funeral and the service ran smoothly he was very kind.

While the funeral directors involved, the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself were excellent and impeccably carried out, communication with a few of the 'front end' staff left much to be desired, e.g. no response to voice mail messages left.

We found everyone very helpful and professional, even though we seemed to have to deal with several different staff in the two Offices and never the same person twice! The organisation went fine but we felt that family members needed to be guided more firmly and better organised on the day of the funeral. The flowers were lovely. Everyone generally thought the day went well - considering the emotional stress.

I understand that it can be difficult when you have to deal with a number of different staff members during the funeral arrangement, but sometimes circumstances make this unavoidable. That said, our staff do carry out a full handover after each arrangement. Newark Coop Funeral Services were brilliant. Mark dealt with everything. He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. Can't thank him and his team enough. It's the second time I've dealt with Newark and can highly recommend them.

The funeral director Matt Golding has been very considerate throughout , regarding the funeral of my Mother . I felt very confident in leaving the arrangements with him and the flowers were absolutely stunning . I would like to thank everyone who helped in any of the arrangements for that day.

They did a fantastic job it was the first time I had ever seen a undertaker come and bow when the curtains close and to stay around till we where ready to leave it had been a long time in getting my mum cremated but she had been so helpful and kind from when she first collected my mum and before she knew they had got the job they made me feel so important and they where so helpful to me I would recommend the co-op to anyone want this service

The whole of the team at Louth Funeral Parlour were extremely professional in every area .
They made us feel that we were welcome and that nothing was too much trouble.
