Richard at Holbeach Co-operative Funeral Service could not be more helpful.
I found him very easy to talk to, and if I had a query about anything I would either phone or go and see him. He was always willing to help in any way he could and answer any of my concerns no matter how small.
On the day of the funeral, everything was absolutely spot on.
If my mum could have been there, she would have been so proud.

Well pleased with the service provided...the only thing I thought was very unnecessary was the charge made to myself for the removal of my husbands pacemaker.......

I am pleased to have the opportunity to say that the service given was excellent. From my initial meeting with Alan Barks to the polite, professional conduct from Sue on the day we were so pleased with how we were looked after. The "all inclusive" package was brilliant, flowers, service sheets, newspaper announcements, contacting the vicar etc. nothing for us to do except arrive! My aunt would have been very pleased that the whole procedure was so easy for us. I can and I will thoroughly recommend the company.

Professional, and caring approach. Kirby was amazing and everything we had planned was perfect despite the sadness and emotion.
Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Orders of service were just gorgeous and everyone commented on the day about how well the service had gone and how wonderful it was.
The staff at Procotrs Road where my husband was in the Chapel of Rest, were lovely and really looked after me every time I went to visit.
You have to be a special sort of person I think to look after relatives of the deceased, and everyone I came in to contact with has been just that - special and I felt they really cared about me.

Excellent, from first contact to the funeral service, a very professional and caring service from all staff members.only issue was outside there control. will be getting my own done with the coop in Louth.

I can't thank you all enough for helping to make a really stressful time easier for us all.
Special thanks to Julie at Mablethorpe for helping us out so much with the arrangements, Suzie at Alford, for supervising the visit so well and for keeping the small urn that my sister in law fell in love with, and lastly but not least Andrew, who is obviously, "The Man In Charge of it all"
Your caring approach to your work and attention to detail is second to none and was much appreciated.
Thank you, to the pallbearers at my brother in laws funeral and all the supporting staff too, who obviously work behind the scenes and who we don't see when arranging a funeral.

Our family appreciated the assistance and support provided to us at a very distressing time. Our funeral director, Jess, was compassionate, professional and kind and ensured our needs were met within tight time frames due to relatives attending from around the UK and overseas. Offered an excellent service at a difficult time. Couldn't fault them. Explained everything clearly and offered advice where needed. Helped us understand the whole process without being patronising. Would definitely recommend.

David Gault and team from Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services on Tritton Road Lincoln were brilliant. They were all really helpful in arranging the funeral, and on the day the funeral went without a hitch and it was all so respectful.

Kirby and Kerry were amazing.
Was very professional and couldn't help us enough in this very difficult time.
Wasn't keen to go to the Co-op as have heard horror stories about them.
But honestly I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
