Many thanks for conducting the service. Derick would have been so proud as we all were. Staff friendly and kept me informed. Funeral bond was used and everything went according to plan, as the bond dictated Derick's wishes. Thanks for giving our special Derick a great send off he deserved and bringing him back home (Ashes) where he wished to return.

At such a hard and surreal time walking into the Co-op funeral service the whole experience while very tough for myself and my sister has only been met with kindness understanding and beautiful friendly people. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to you all for making this experience as streamlined and pleasant as it can be and most of all for looking after my beautiful Mum x

Very nice service however I offered to pay extra mileage for my Mum to be started from a different location but it was not allowed due to the package I had chosen. I thought his might of been a nice little touch on your behalf and made me feel a little better. I was also a little disappointed in the fact that I had to wait over a week to see my mum. However my mum looked really nice when I did come and see her so I can’t fault the company for that. Overall it was a lovely service and I would recommend these. Many thanks

We found the entire services of Gainsborough coop excellent throughout. We were treated with sympathy and respect. Everything was explained and all our special requests carried out to perfection. Dad was presented perfectly for our visits and obviously treated with dignity and respect.

Carol Bellamy of Lincolnshire Coop Services was courteous, professional and very friendly. She anticipated my requirements and made suggestions when I was at a loss as to what I really wanted. Her organisation skills were exemplary. I felt totally supported throughout the process.

Nicola made the arrangements for our dear mum Ada. I have to say from the very start to the final committal in the grave the service provided was excellent. Nicola handled all of the detail for us, nothing was too much trouble and was done swiftly and totally to our satisfaction. The care consideration and dignity at the actual funeral was outstanding, David and Nicola handled everthing so nicely for all of us. I don't think I have ever seen such care given to the family members.
It was a truly wonderful way of doing this final thing for mum.
We really cannot thank you enough for what you did.

I cannot fault Market Rasen Funeral Service at all. I dealt with Vicki Swain who handled everything in a most caring and compassionate way during this most difficult time for me. She organised everything and made sure that on the day of the funeral everything ran as smooth as clockwork. Her attention to detail was perfect in every way and I just cannot speak highly enough of this company and Vicki. Thanks Vicki

Our family have had nothing but excellent service care and compassion leading up to and after my dad's funeral. Everyone we came in contact with made us feel as though we were the only family they were dealing with (even though it was an extremely busy time)
Our funeral director,Carole Bellamy,was brilliant and unfortunately wasn't able to be present at my dad's funeral,but her replacement David was superb. Thankyou to you all. Edwin Smiths family.

I would thoroughly recommend the Co-Op Funeral Service to anyone requiring their service. Everyone there was so very professional and helpful. The event passed without a hitch and both my Brother and Sister were more than pleased with the way everything was conducted for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff concerned.
