The entire affair was dealt with true professionalism and sensitivity by Vicki Swain. Vicki helped to keep the strrain of the affair to a minimum. Sadly a very cloase friend of ours died yesterday [6th] after a long battle with Leukemia and his wife Tina will be contacting Vicki to discuss the possibility of dealing he husband's arrangements.

One member of staff was unprofessional & did not return any of my calls despite me leaving several messages (over 2 days) & assurances by other members of staff she would. I had to call numerous times until finally getting a helpful member of staff who sorted my queries. I also wanted to view my mum & it took 4 days for this to happen causing extra anxiety & upset to myself & my family. If not for this member of staff the service we received was sensitive & we were treated with respect.

Very pleased with the service given by the Co-op from the time I made my visit to arrange the funeral , the day itself and the final day when I collected the ashes. I could not praise the staff both at the premises and those involved in the day of the funeral.
