It was a lovely day for Ellie, the best we could have hoped for. The coop done us proud, the staff were so sincere and kind in their approach and couldn’t do enough for you, as on these sad occasions you sometimes need someone just to step in and help you.

Great site, and wonderful idea for the memory of my wife. Only thing I would suggest is the ability to edit messages. My son had three attempts before he managed to get the words right, but was unable to erase or edit his first attempts.

At a time when there is bound to be a great deal of sadness the office staff, both Carla and Vickie, had a very caring way with them. On the day of Rod's funeral the gentlemen, and one young lady, were very professional and respectful. I could not have asked for more.

from the first meeting to arrange the funeral to the final act itself everything was superb I shall be forever grateful that the funeral director and her staff made the whole journey from start to finish a little easier and less stressful than it might have been,I was approached by most of the mourners after the funeral to say how impressed they were with everything that took place and that they would recommend the co-op funeral services to anyone.

It was a long involved process from death to funeral but your services were always excellent and we had no problems. On the day of the cremation and Thanksgiving Service your presence was unobtrusive but always in the right place. Your staff in Sleaford were always available for help and we never felt at loss for anything.
At the end of the day of the funeral we had a big thank you for all who had helped us on the day and the time leading up to the day.Deleted Bellamy replied

From start to finish they were fantastic. Jeannette was lovely made me and my brother very comfortable and very karm. They kepted me informed with everything. The day of the funeral Sue and her team was fantastic very helpful very careing and comforting at such a sad time. A big thank you to you all.

Fantastic service received. Ali was very helpful and comforting towards me during a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to accommodate some of my requests. Even after the service Ali telephoned me to check that I was okay and provided me with an update regarding the ashes. I would definitely recommend Proctors road to anyone.
