Sarah at Coningsby was extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries. The only issues that caused me any anxiety were caused by the bureaucracy not Sarah who always endeavored to solve matters

They listened to you, gave you support and alternatives to your requirements .
Last minute alteration were meet with composure and executed to the letter.

All the arrangements we made together as a family were beautifully carried out by and with our Funeral Director Nicola Mather on the day. Any last minute changes that occurred to the family were also put in place easily and without fuss.
The ladies on Reception were polite, pleasant and helpful. Flowers were splendid and the Service Sheets beautifully presented.
All these things went on to give my dear husband Jack, the dignified and uplifting funeral that he so deserved.

I would highly recommend The Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services in Sutton on Sea to anyone who have sadly lost a loved one. In our recent bereavement, all the staff were so calm, kind & professional, respectfully guiding and supporting us through the funeral process and arranging everything in such a caring manner around our wishes. From start to finish, they were so wonderful, from ordering the flowers, the funeral itself & spending a lot of time with us to get the order of service cards just as we wanted them! Special thanks have to go to Phil Chapman, Andrew Poole & Linda,(along with all the staff) who were all so kind & helpful to our family at such a difficult time. We would highly recommend their services. Debbie Spavins & family.

The service we received from the start was superb. Charlotte made my Mum feel at ease and made sure Mum knew what would happen every step of the way. Charlotte kept in contact prior to the funeral and liased with the minister and the florists. On the day everything went like clockwork and I was impressed with the professionalism displayed. Again Charlotte explained everything step by step which helped put us at ease . I thoroughly recommend Horncastle Co-operative Funeral Service.

There were too many instances of us having to chase and not being called back which at such a time is not what we expected to happen.
Face to face meetings were dealt with well. On the day everything was excellent, but up to that point we were frankly disappointed.Andy Turnbull replied

All arrangements leading to the ceremony were smooth, clear and sensitive to the circumstances.
Our final viewing was quiet and peaceful.
Although initially I was interested in the online facility of the funeralzone website, I regard the T&C's far too biased for content and intellectual use in their favour, thereby giving up our rights of control.
I did not use the online service.
I don't have issue with appropriate online advertising, only the intellectual property rights.
Regrettable under the circumstances.
