As my Mam had already paid for her funeral, the only thing we had to arrange was the day itself.
Nicky was really friendly, but professional & all areas were covered to ensure everything would be carried out as my Mam had requested.
Also on the day, Charlotte ensured transport & service were spot on, leaving us with no worries. Thank you.

We can't thank Cathy and everyone at Louth Funeral Services enough for all their kindness and amazing help at planning and organising our mums funeral. The whole day was just what we all wanted for her. During the most difficult of times Cathy was professional yet compassionate and understanding at all times. Nothing was too much problem.

The service that my family has received from the Co-Op Funeral Service has been second to none especially Olivia, who has guided us and helped us through a really traumatic time. She has been kind patient and always helpful. The bearers who were in attendance at my Husbands funeral were also excellent, respectful and helpful. Our Limmo driver Chris was really kind also and considerate. Thank you all.

Watching your Loved ones slowly deteriorate before your eyes and knowing that you cannot alter their fate is an awful thing to watch.
I was amazed after Mum passed away how what seemed an impossible task with the grief and the hopelessness was handled superbly by all involved in the process of preparing Mum for her final journey.

Not having arranged a funeral before I didn't know what to do. The Co-operative Funeral Service at Boston, Lincolnshire immediately took that worry off my hands and gave me full confidence that my wife's funeral would be done the way she wanted. From the time they collected my wife from home to the time the curtains closed at the crematorium they were friendly, considerate, sympathetic and totally professional. Everything was done smoothly, quietly and with proper dignity and respect. I strongly recommend the Co-operative Funeral Service.

From the initial appointment with Nichola to the home visit from Gemma our Celebrant, to the service itself, everything went very smoothly. We were treated in a dignified but friendly & approachable way that put us at ease at a difficult time. The new Funeral Home on Tritton Road is particularly mpressive. I would not hesitater to recommend the Co-op Funeral Service.
