The Co-op funeral services at Proctors Road, Lincoln provided an excellent service throughout the arrangements for my late husband’s funeral. Aly & Marie were both so kind and sympathetic to my emotions as well as guiding me through the complexities in a very professional manner. I would recommend their services and I’ll certainly nominate them for my own funeral.

The Spilsby Funeral care were very professional in the handling of mums funeral. I was dreading going to make arrangements but as soon as we met Kerry she put me at ease and made the process so much easier. She helped me to along the way with what I wanted and she did the rest.. Her friendliness and professionalism shone through right up to the day of the funeral. I would like to thank everyone at Spilsby for looking after mum and also looking after us..

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial consultation was carried out with sensitivity. The organisation carried out thoroughly with calls providing periodic updates and requests for information sufficiently frequent without being intrusive. Funeral events went smoothly allowing family and friends to focus on celebrating the life of my father and expressing grief. All prices were quoted upfront with no persuasion about what we should include. My mother said they were lovely. with thanks

Really pleased overall with the service provided in arranging the funeral happy with how everything was done and the customer service was brilliant. The only negative was that the eulogy seemed rushed and a few mistakes were said in the eulogy. But on the whole a good send off for Irene.

Everything from the initial planning to the actual funeral itself was organised with compassion and humility and just the right amount of sympathy and empathy. I was allowed to visit Dad in the chapel of rest with just a short amount of notice and they were very patient whilst we chose photographs for the Order Of Service. They accommodated us extremely well and both my Sister and I were very happy with how things turned out. The funeral was ran smoothly and was as good as we'd hoped. We think Dad would have been pleased himself.

From start to finish the Funeral Director, Nicola Mather at Co-op Funeral Services, was on hand to run through everything in a respectful and thoughtful way and explained the options and choices and process whenever I had a question. This made everything so much easier at a very difficult time. The facilities and environment in the place was so nice and was very fitting as a resting place before her cremation. Seeing my wife in her coffin was never any bother to arrange. On the day of the funeral service Nicola and the wider team - drivers, pall bearers etc were fantastic and ensured the whole service ran smoothly and as per my wishes. Couldn't have asked for anything else or more. I would definitely recommend the Co-op Funeral Services to anyone having to sadly use such services upon the death of loved one at a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you Nicola.

Everything went exactly as planned. Everyone has told me they thought the service, setting, etc was good. There were people there of different or no faiths, so it is a credit to the professional way the service was carried out that I got good feedback. Personally, I thought the flowers and coffin were better than the picture in the catalogue and Michelle Harris could not have been more supportive. Thank you for making a horrible day bearable.
