We were helped every step of the way through  the difficult task of organising our mother's funeral by Nicola our funeral director at Lincoln Co-Op Funeral Services.  The whole process was handled in a professional, patient and empathetic manner by her.   She guided us gently through every step of the way on the day of the funeral as did the accompanying pallbearers/drivers.

This is the second time I’ve used the co op funeral service , the first time was 7 years ago , the staff may have changed but the quality of service has not . 
Very professional, genuine sincerity and caring attitude is still at the forefront of their ethos .
I would recommend them to any one .

I felt the service we received could not have been better.  The kindness of the staff, the humour, and the efficiency was as I had hoped it would be.  I cannot thank you all enough for making a sad experience as good as it could be.

I felt that having Eric’s funeral at the co op was ideal. It was private and completely without hassle. This is what I wanted. His white coffin, I thought, was beautiful. He looked, although dead, in his blue shroud, lovely. His face had recovered his earlier loveliness. 

I was delighted with everything.

Richard conducted a delightful service. It was a fitting ending to a man I loved dearly. Wish Richard could put a précis of Eric’s life in Echo.

From the very moment we came into contact with the Co-operative Funeral Service everyone was extremely helpful and kind, and very respectful of the family as a whole. Nothing was too much trouble. We were gently led though what needed to be done without ever loosing sight of the fact that we had lost a loved one. I can’t recoment the Co-operative Funeral Service highly enough.

Julie was a star as usual kind and compassionate helping us to get through the difficult day always there to give us a most welcome hug  very professional  as always

When I spoke to Steve he said he would drive the hearse as he knew Colin 
He did an excellent job advising the boys on how to carry the coffin
