Alan and his team provide a warm and compassionate service helping the bereaved feel comfortable and in safe hands. They were patient and kind and took time to explain things.
From the initial contact to plan the funeral right through to the completion on the day of funeral when they dropped us off at the wake everything was done with care and attention to our wishes and very professionally.
I cannot thank them enough for making what was a very difficult occasion into wonderful memory of the celebration of my husband's life.Debbie Staff replied

Professional and caring support from Sarah and her colleagues helped us to give Ron a dignified and respectful funeral. There was a delay in the embalming service which caused his widow some concern, but when this was resolved everything went very smoothly.

Couldn’t have asked for a better service. From first meeting Kirby in hospital with my mum in law to the day we said goodbye she was amazing, supportive, accommodating and an absolute pleasure to have involved in our care for ensuring we had everything just right! Everyone at Horncastle coop funeral group is professional, kind and strive to make everything perfect. We can’t say thank you enough.

Due to difficult family circumstances I was the representative for a distant aunt following her passing . The Co-op staff were efficient and professional with the result that my aunt's funeral was a dignified, fitting affair that ran very smoothly. This was despite limited family input and involvement as I live 300 miles from where the ceremony took place. I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts.

Everything regarding my Mums funeral was carried out in a very professional and respectful manner. Even though it was a very sad time, everything was taken care of in a thoughtful way, from Toni who was excellent at Procters Road, and also on the day of the funeral by the proccesion team that made Mums last journey a memorable one. This, my family and I were very greatful for. Thank you.
