Everything was carried out in an extremely sensitive, timely and professional manner. This was mainly due to Sue who we found to be very good at her job keeping us informed at every step of the sad procedure.

Anna and Mike have been so supportive through this hard time. They have taken away all the stress from us and pulled out every stop to meet our needs putting together a perfect funeral for our mum. Would highly recommend them without hesitation. Thanks for everything!

Excellent service through out. At a difficult time of loseing a loved one we could not have had anyone better then Michelle. She was able to put us at ease. And treat us as though we were the most important people to her
Thank you also to the reception team who were brilliant. Our experience with sleaford co operative funeral service could not have been any better.

I can honestly say the care ,compassion, thoughtfulness, and kindness the Lincolnshire coop have not only shown my mum (whom has sadly passed) but me as a customer was second to none. The Lincolnshire coop plan was excellent my mum had chosen everything which made things so much easier during a difficult time but Jane made the process so much easier with the process of care .i can not thank them enough x

I cant't thank you all enough for the magnificent funeral you carried out for my husband. Every thing was beautifully done with professional consideration at every level. The kindness when collecting, him after he passed away, the genuine concern on providing my wishes and full information . On the day all staff perfectly dressed for their role, very polite and caring. The Church was beautiful and the vicar also did his part to perfection. When we exited the church the sun was shining too. !
I must express my gratitude to the funeral director Peter who was absolutely marvelous, his appearance, manner and knowledge are second to non. So a huge thank you to you for making a terrible event into a peaceful beautiful memory.Vicki Swain replied

My family and I are extremely grateful for the professional service from all the staff involved in my dads funeral, from Jeanette at Bracebidge Heath who walked us through the process of organising dads funeral and was so kind and considerate of our feelings, Sharon on reception at Tritton Road who took in my dads personal item and was so understanding with our wishes,David who was so lovely,kind and considerate and nothing was too much trouble, all the other staff involved were absolutely brilliant and I really can't thank you enough for your kindness at such a sad time, you are all extremely lovely people who do a brilliant job at such a sad time. From our very first meeting to discuss all the details of our Mum's funeral to the end of a very difficult day we were cared for in everyway.All the staff at Louth were excellent but we have special praise for Cathy as she treated us with such gentleness.
