We used Thornalley Dersingham due to the location. Our experience of saying goodbye to my wife aged just 41, was as stress free and seamless as could be. Sam and Nikki were true professionals but also very human in their care, understanding (I have 4 kids and even brought the dog to the chapel of rest!) and compassion for my situation.
My wife was well looked after and she was treated like a human throughout, refered to by her name and given the respect she deserves.
The help on the day of the funeral was spot on with no hiccups and allowed me to do what I needed to on the day without having to worry about anything.
I genuinely hope I never have to use them again, but if I did, I'd have no hesitation.

At times when a loved one has left us anything else just isn't easy from that day forward.
From the moment we entered thornalley we we're met with a lovely sense that they are here to help and make it as nice as they could under the circumstances, guided all the way and could not do enough for our father and the family.
The day of the funeral went so well very very professional and always in touch with the client if there could be six stars Thornalley 🌟 deserves it god bless you all and thank you from the Herbert Family especially dad Roger.

Our Mum passed suddenly and from the moment we first walked through the doors we was put at ease and had everything explained to us and was no pressure for anything just guidance on giving our mum the best send off and the respect they showed our mum whilst there was amazing. Thornalley funeral services are professional, caring, and very approachable if there is anything out of the norm you would like. Nothing is too much trouble and they keep you informed of every step through your difficult time. 
Being a family business also makes a difference. 3 generations working along side each other is very special. 
I would never use anyone else to look after my loved ones.

From first contact to receipt of the deceased's ashes the funeral directors have been amazing. It was all delivered in less than three weeks of my brother's death which has helped to reduce stress and grieving. Their understanding, help and professionalism has been outstanding.
