All of the staff I had dealings with made a sad situation at a difficult time simple. I felt I was dealt with in a compassionate manner & happy to know that my dad was going to be looked after. The regular check-ins from Dean were great,just to check on me to see how I was doing; I felt this was above & beyond his role but meant the world to me. Thank you to all of the staff who treated my dad & myself with respect.

Thornalleys have looked after us twice over the last year, for our Brother and Mother.
They have treated us and our departed loved ones with nothing but care and respect throughout the whole process and after too.
We have never felt pressured to buy additional items and have never been 'upsold' as part of our discussions around the funeral arrangements; our decisions have been ours and they have accomodated every little request we have made, no matter how quirky or personal.
I would always recommend Thornalleys to anyone who wants dignity for their departed loved one, and a hand to hold for themselves through a difficult time.

Having spoken with Andrew at Thornally Funeral Services I felt confident that Michael's funeral would be carried out with respect and feeling . An unattended funeral was not what I would have really wanted but I had little choice .

From our very first contact with Sam and Nicky, to the collection of Mum’s Ashes, they took care of us all as a family. They are so caring and took the time to talk and listen, helping us through the difficult stages of losing Mum. Sam understood dad’s need to help mum on her final journey and supported him in that.

Thornalley in Swaffham were outstanding, they guided us through the whole process with sensitivity and professionalism.
It was very moving and reassuring to have Peter walking in front of the car with his silver topped cane as we approached church.
The funeral was a special occasion for us with thanks to the Thornalley family firm.

Would highly recommend, we wanted a bespoke funeral for Richard, from a picture coffin to a vintage flat bed lorry instead of a hearse, nothing was a problem, both Sam and Nicky were so accommodating.

Tracy at Thornalley's was also very patient with us when we were having to make all the decisions as a family about what we wanted for dad which was crucial at such a difficult time.
We also specifically requested Ray Thornalley to do dad’s funeral, we had Ray and he delivered. First class service all round basically.

From the day after mum died and past the day of the funeral the kindness and service from Thornalleys was excellent. The only improvement point would be the production of the order of service where we waited just under 2 weeks for first draft and were given very little time to approve before print deadline

Ray was so kind on the day and directed the funeral arrangements with skill and sensitivity.At such a stressful time in your life you need to know that everything will be professionally dealt with by a compassionate team. Sam and Nicky are professionals, they guide you through all aspects of the funeral arrangements. Keep in regular contact with updates and just check in with you to make sure you are ok. On the day, the church funeral service and burial went without a hitch. My Dad was laid to rest with the dignity and respect he deserved. Sam and his team know how to organise and conduct funerals. I totally recommend them, you will be in safe hands through a difficult time.
