Right from the start we were welcomed with kindness,empathy and full support.

Peter and Nicola went above and beyond helping us to arrange our dear mums funeral. So much care and attention was taken to ensure the day was perfect.
Peter kept in touch all the way building up to the day so that nothing had been missed or just to check in to make sure we were OK..

The day was faultless and beautiful, many family and friends made comment on how perfect the whole service was.

We couldn't have done it without Thornalley Funeral Services,our mum would have been so proud, so Thank you.

From start to finish Andrew and his staff were exceptional,  caring and supportive nothing was too much for them.  Andrew called me weekly to check in with me, seeing if I was ok and coping.  It’s not the best time of anyone’s life,  losing a loved one,  but Thornally’s helped me enormously through the process.  I cannot recommend them enough.

Attention to even the smallest of details for Mr Burton were essential, every request I made was met, even the most complicated. Mr Thornalley himself and his driver Richard enabled me to carry out Mr Burtons greatest and final wish.
