Ann Marie was absolutely brilliant. She was efficient, warm, caring and approachable. The funeral itself went like clockwork. Though sad, it was a very moving, intimate occasion which was very much down to how you organised things and the wonderful vicar you recommended.

When my dad passed, mum didn't want to use anyone else but the Co-Op- especially as they had been so great when her own mum and dad had passed many decades ago. It was quick and easy to get an appointment and Emma was so lovely and patient with all of our needs and wishes. The whole process was stress-free, the Order of Service booklet was gorgeous and the funeral went beautifully, with plenty of options to tailor to our own needs. Everyone from the main office, the celebrant, the funeral director and the funeral staff were wonderful. My dad had an amazing send off and it couldn't have gone better. Some people may prefer not to talk about funerals but death is a fact of life and something we will all need to go through. It is so important to get the right people to help you to best deal with your grief by enabling you to give the best possible send-off for your loved one. Thank-you so much to all the team, from the bottom of our hearts. Andrea, Pat, Ste and Greg. x
