We were supported from start to finish by Kirsty
Kirsty guided us through the process and allowed time for us to consider our options and implement our wishes.
The communication was brilliant, we truly felt supported throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble their kindness in our moment of grief was exceptional.
Our minister (Ben) listened and discussed our eulogy, he then delivered what we had asked for making the service as good as it could be

From the first out of hours call, the private ambulance to collect and store - to the personal in-store service provided - early on, ongoing and on the funeral day - all professionally, courteously and with real empathy and understanding provided.
Treated Dad as a valued human and with such dignity. Dressed him and presented so well. Thank you - for what is a very difficult and emotional time, for handling it all so very well.

I can only give high praise for how Siobhan and her team carried out the funeral arrangements, very little for us to think about at a very emotional time. Also to Martin for his attention to detail and the manner in which he gave Dad such a wonderful send off.

From the moment my dad was taken into their care we were extremely well looked after. 
The planning process from start to finish was completely smooth which is exactly what you need a such a delicate time.

My Mum recently passed away and from day one Susanne at Dowse Catterall in Denton was very helpful and guided me through the process of arranging my Mum's direct cremation when I walked in. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was kind and sympathetic to me about my loss. She also called me a couple of weeks after my first visit to her to see how I was coping. I have nothing but good things to say about her and the level of customer service from the company itself after such a traumatic and stressful event. So thank you so much. Gareth.

The staff at WT Dunbar & Sons in Corstorphine were absolutely excellent from start to finish. Fiona, Mim and Darrell were incredibly organised, supportive and empathetic during all of Mum's funeral arrangements. They communicated exceptionally well, and had everything organised inc. arranging a convenient date for all the family, the flowers, celebrant and hearse. I cannot thank them enough for arranging such a meaningful, thoughtful and just perfect funeral and send off for my wonderful mother. Thanks to all at WT Dunbar & Sons.

I just want to thank you all so much for the wonderful professional way you dealt with my Aunt Doreen’s funeral. Down to bringing Doreen from hospital to being taken to Fox Covert.
The Order of Services were just lovely, the layout, the print, and the way the photos were added. The best order of service I have ever seen.
The coffin was lovely and the flowers were amazing.
My aunt was brought in and out of church very professionally by Joe and his team.
All in all a sad occasion but professionally and delicately handled.

The service we received from Ewan was outstanding.  He was so professional and empathic which made the whole process, from our initial visit, to visiting Dad in his coffin, to the ceremony at the crematorium and after so much easy.  My Dad would have been chuffed to bits with the service he received.  Thank you Ewan - you were fabulous!  And thank you for going the extra mile and collecting my belt from my jacket which I mistakenly left at the Crem.  Best wishes for the future and thanks again.

From first to last all I encountered was concern, kindness and professional service. Every person in the team gave superb help and demonstrated real concern for my comfort and well being. Frequent phone calls reassured me about any (usually imagined) problem so that I felt completely confident that the funeral would be trouble free. That is exactly what it was ---- trouble free ---- and a wonderful comfort to me. Thank you.

My Very Big Thank yous go out to Beth, Tracy and Alistaire . They looked after my sister and myself from beginning to end. Very very professional and so lovely to deal with. Their pricing is very good too. Every thing was transparent with no hidden extras. Also they allow you to use your co op membership card to receive a bit of discount too! Which was such another nice gesture they give. 
Absolutely 💯 would recommend our trusty Co Op
