The staff fully understand that I needed a lot of support during a difficult time, from the discussion of the plan for the funeral, through to viewing at the chapel of rest and the day of the funeral to all related admin and paperwork. I felt they have dealt with it all professionally and satisfactorily.

Sarah,Dan and Rev. Jeff of Drayton branch, did their best to help a reluctant and clueless funeral attendee! 
Overall the experience was well organised and received by my Mother’s family and work friends.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Drayton Funeral Care and Meridian Funeral Directors in the future!

The price was very reasonable, compared to 2 other funeral directors I had rang, she also kept me up to date with how things were proceeding.

From beginning to end the Co-Op Funeralcare made the process for us seamless. Amanda (in the Deal office), Andy, the director from Folkestone and his team, were all amazing.  There was constant compassion and absolute professionalism.

As owners of a Care Home, at times we have the responsibility of organising one of our residents' funeral, in the future our first port of call will with doubt be Co-Op.
