I cannot fault the excellent professional service from F A Albins. From the very first phone call, through all the arrangements, to the funeral itself and beyond, I have felt supported, guided and cared for. Joanne Branch was so kind and worked around my excessive working hours and complete ignorance of how to arrange a funeral with great compassion. She answered all my questions and kept me informed of everything that was happening. Everyone involved in the service itself were kind, respectful and perfect. I felt that an incredibly difficult time was made so much easier by being in such safe hands. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you.

The whole experience of losing my Mum was extremely traumatic. However the warmth, kindness and support that we as a family received from Albin's was exemplary. From start to finish we were looked after and supported from booking in, to our many visits to see Mum. On the day of the funeral I would like to make a personal thank you to Danny who said he would be looking after us on the day and more than lived up to that. However. our biggest thanks go to Christine and Dawn from the Welling office who were absolutely unbelievable and without whom we would never have been able to manage. They both went above and beyond to make a terrible situation bearable for us and I really cannot thank them enough. They will be forever in our thoughts.

The service I received was outstanding. The attention to detail was brilliant.

Saying goodbye to my husband was the sadest day of my life, but he would not have had the amazing send off that he had, if it wasn't for Albins.

From our first phone call to Simon when we lost our loved one the care and service we received was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble no matter what we asked. Everyone at Albins showed such compassion and care not only with us the family but also our loved one who was with them for a month before his funeral. Brilliant I wouldn’t use or recommend anyone else.

Albins were Absolutely amazing from start to finish Scott who arranged the funeral was exceptional and the funeral was beautiful and dignified just as my Nan would have wanted. Jamie who lead the funeral was so professional and calming and he made such a hard day easier he really will never know how much he got me through that day with his kindness and warmth.
