Simon and he's team at albins are the best !! I've never arranged a funeral before but with the help from Simon and he's receptionist Chris they helped to give my mum the most beautiful send off I've ever seen. The most important part was they listened my heartbreak and sorrow if you won't your love ones treated with the same respect and love in there afterlife as the did in life then choose albins I speak from experience x

Albins always give the personal touch. The undertakers are really sensitive to your needs, what ever they are. There uniform and cars are so smart. The florists that they kinda of team up with are the best, which is greens in Jamaica road.

Top marks for Neil and his team, excellent customer focus, very smooth operation from start to finish, if only every company could be like this.

But it was the little things that really impressed us, the rose left outside the front door of mum's house and the staff in the street outside the office paying their respects as we drove past. even the cost wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
Funerals are by their very nature not nice times but at least using a professional team it helps to ease the day.

There is something about Albins that is a cut above the others. They treated me with care and empathy after I lost my Mum. Their actual shop in Bermondsey is a beautiful and serene place to enter. Caroline was the member of staff that saw my Dad and me through the process. She was lovely.
They treated my Mum with absolute dignity.
The funeral itself was perfect.
Albins is the best.

We were delighted with the service we received from Albins.
Elaine attended us from the first call with proffesionalism and kindness. On the day of the funeral the service was impecable. I was always led to believe that organising a funeral was a minefield of difficulties and unexpected expenses. This was not my experience at all. Quite the contrary. My wife and I had to make arrangements for the unexpected death of our beloved Son. This was a very distressing time but Albins led us through the process with patients kindness and compassion. 
The day went without a hitch and every detail was taken care of by there experienced team from Albins.

Thank for making my Smiffys final journey what he would have wanted, the care and attention to detail was above and beyond thank you Scott and everyone for everything at such a terrible time after losing both my husband and my dad in 11 days .can I also praise Teri the celabrate whom was amazing ,our drivers where uplifting and so polite but helped lighten the mood .my smiffy knew who he wanted and for once he was right !!!!! Thank you from ,mine and our boys hearts we couldn't have asked for more ,now I'm waiting to bring my Smiffy home xx

I find it hard to put into words what a truly wonderful experience we as a family have had. So professional, such respect for our loved one. Jo and all of the staff put us at ease from the start & held our hands through the whole process. We thank you all for your kindness & support of us through this difficult time.
