I cannot praise Albins and son's enough. We initially settled on a different well known funeral directors in dealing with the care of our mother. At a time when we were feeling so very saddened and distressed by her untimely passing, we found it so much more heart breaking to hear that this company was not offering much of a service for those who passed from covid. Refusing viewings (But allowing family to sit with a sealed coffin the day before her service) restricting cars to one per funeral (only seating a maximum of 4 passengers) and under no circumstances would they dress her, instead offered to lay an outfit of choice across her body.

Finding Albins was so comforting, and really lifted our spirits that mum would get a proper send off. No task is to big nor to small and our organiser, Joanna was just outstanding. I could contact her at any time of day and there was no anxious, long awaited correspondence. All queries were addressed professionally and promptly (within minutes in most cases). All stuff at Albins are welcoming and compassionate, they honestly provide an exceptional duty of care and do not permit covid to dominate the service you desire.

Albins, Joanna especially really lifted the stress and worry off our shoulders by handling every last detail. This in turn allowed us to concentrate on processing our emotions with total peace of mind.

I cannot thank, nor demonstrate how much gratitude my family and I have for Albins and son's. Do not hesitate in using this funeral directors, you truly will not be disappointed.

From the initial phone call made to Jo Branch at Albins, Crayford, she immediately made me feel at ease, I had never organised a funeral before and had no idea what I was supposed to be doing, she explained to me the process without any pressure to use her services, she asked my brothers name and refered to him as so after that point which I found really comforting. When I instructed them to take care of my brother, they did exactly that, the whole process was explained to me and Joannes help, advice, support, kindness and tea will never be forgotten! I was updated during the whole process and knew exactly where my brother was and what was happening until he was laid in the chapel of rest. Nothing was too much trouble. As for the day of my brothers funeral, Jon and his cortège were exceptional, such a softly spoken gentleman who cared so much about my brother, myself and all the family members, he made sure we were all included and involved with the service. They were not rushed or flustered, so professional but with empathy!  I had felt sick with anxiety the morning of the funeral and when he knew my worries Jon immediately put me at ease. By far the most professional funeral directors I have ever witnessed from start to finish and the only ones I would ever use again! Words cannot describe how much easier they made that heartbreaking process for me and my family and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Jon, Joanne and all your hard working team.

Excellent service from begining to end.
On arrival the receptionist was very polite and caring.
Scott looked after us and was also so caring to our needs.
Very professional.
The drivers of our cars were also very professional and caring.
But most of all the person who looked after our mum cosmetically
She looked so nice and very much at peace.
I could go on forever on the level of excellent service.
So thank you all so very very much for making it a little easier to deal with so many emotions.

Always use Albin for family funeral services. Very personal and always respectful.

The on line streaming could be improved, the personal tribute with photos needs to  to be centre of the screen. Just looking at the pews and the back of peoples  does not make good viewing. It also looses the emotional connection with those present

I could not fault the support and guidance we had from the day my mum passed away. Caroline at Albins was very helpful with making the funeral arrangements and keeping in contact. On the day of the funeral everything went meticulously to plan and we felt very grateful for such a dignified farewell for my mum.

I would like to thank Simon, John, Louie and everyone at Albins for taking good care of Danny Jull whilst he was there. I would have never been able to get through the last few weeks without their support, compassion and kindness. Also, including the ladies Christine, Caroline and Lynn who were very supportive when I went to see Danny everyday.
Albins were soo helpful throughout the funeral arrangements and nothing was ever to much trouble. On the day of the funeral their professionalism was exceptional and I am truly grateful to Albins for everything they have done for me and the family.

At a difficult time, it is always useful to have people who are sympathetic, professional & understand your wishes. This is particularly relevant during the covid pandemic.
The whole Albin's team were exceptional, from the time we met with Mickey at the funeral parlour, to plan the funeral, until the day of the funeral, when Jon and his team ensured that everything went without a hitch.

Scott Williams that helped us arrange the funeral was excellent. He assisted us in a professional & sympathetic manner. On the day it all went extremely well thanks to all the Albins staff. Would definitely recommend.
