Having never organised a funeral before, I was apprehensive over choosing a funeral director but as soon as we met with Danny at Albin & Hitchcock we felt at ease. He is absolutely lovely and looked after myself and my family with care and consideration, from organising the details all the way to the funeral itself. On the actual day of the funeral (26th Feb 2021) all of the Albins staff were incredible and so professional. The service we received is remarkable, her love and kindness, her support there was nothing to big or to small that she didn’t do for us. I will miss speaking to her and seeing her but Thank You for doing your best to comfort us during our time of loss. Lynn you was absolutely fabulous also all those lovely cups of tea as you knew we weren’t eating much. 
You treated us all like family and kept us all in-line. There are no funeral directors like Albins you are all truly the best. 
To all the men Danny & Jamie you were all amazing on the day I just want to say Thank You all we will never forget any of you. 
Your service is outstanding, top class and your stand out from them all. 
Keep doing a great job!!!

Excellent, faultless service from beginning to end. Our Funeral Arranger was Caroline who was sympathetic and understanding.
