As a family we cannot praise the professionalism of Albin’s high enough. Our Mum passed away at home, she had arranged her funeral before COVID. From the time we called the ‘out of office’ hours to after the service at the Crematorium the communication, and expertise we received from Denise at the Mottingham branch we will be forever grateful to her she managed to book a church service for us to allow us more time to celebrate Mums life after not being allowed to book a double slot at Falconwood. It was a perfect day. The respect, and compassion Steve, and Neil gave us on the day made us feel special, even the tissues, and bottles of water in the cars is a very special touch. Well done to you all on behalf of Irene Cleary’s family.

F.A.Albin Sidcup did my dads funeral 5 years ago and more recently my mums. They made the whole process of both funerals from start to finish much easier, they are compassionate and professional at all times. I would like to especially mention Mickey, Jane and Jon who all went above and beyond and made the lead up to the funeral and the day itself not just about grieving but so special too. I cannot thank & recommend them enough.

Very pleased with the services of Albins - they were very patient and guided us through what was our first time of arranging a funeral . The service was delivered with great care , for me it was the little touches leaving a yellow rose at your door for when you return. The memory box.

The ladies on reception were so kind and caring.  Everything was done to a high standard and done professionally. They were always so helpful especially Simon, who I dealt with on a day to day basis leading up to my mums funeral.

I didn't realise a funeral could be such a beautiful affair. Not a single thing could have been better. Mum was looked after like family and I was welcomed, supported and advised daily. Mickey and Jane are two of the most sincere people and leaving a loved one in their care felt so natural. From the embalming to the Chapel, the hearse to the limousines, the attire of the staff to the to the arrangement of the service.....everything was done with pride, decorum and a sprinkle of South London that cannot be replicated.
