I cannot express how wonderful Albins were from the start and all through the build up to the funeral of my husband. Denise was so helpful with the process and on the day Jamie the conductor was so very kind and respectful. The other guys were so too. I could not have asked for more.

I was completely satisfied with the excellent service given by Albin’s. From the outset, both Jill and I were treated with great compassion.

Lynn was particularly helpful with all the necessary administration as was Elaine, when necessary. 

George and his colleague  were also first-class, when Jill was taken into their care. 

On the day of her Funeral, every aspect of the event was dealt with respect and sensitivity, and both parts of the Funeral went perfectly. George and his Team were exemplary in their duties. 

Jill’s friends were also her family and we are all most grateful to Albin’s for making this sad day so memorable.

Once again, Albins have done us proud, thank you.   From the moment I called informing them of my Mum's passing, to collecting her from the William Harvey Hospital, Ashford, taking Mum back to Bermondsey, taking care of her and allowing her to rest in their beautiful Chapels of Rest.  Such care and compassion  was shown throughout.   With special thanks to Simon for being so understanding and caring, Jamie for being so kind hearted and Terry, our driver.   Thank you also to all other members of staff who were involved in helping to make such a sad period of time in my life a much easier and  more understanding situation.

The service from day 1 ,beginning to end was helpful,caring,efficient and spot on. The staff at Albins make a very sad time more bearable, nothing is too much trouble,they dont  rush you and are very understanding. The staff are approachable and friendly. Albins were very professional and empathetic when helping my mum and family plan my grandmothers funeral. They made her look so beautiful, they were also really helpful guiding us through what we could and couldn’t do during the pandemic. The little touches such as leaving a rose on my mother’s door was really touching. The whole family were very pleased with the service from both the Mottingham and Deptford branch. Our family can only compliment Albin's on their superb service. Friendly and compassionate right from our initial approach.Then helpful, caring and thoroughly professional in all respects; from visiting in the Chapel of Rest through to the funeral service itself and subsequent follow up.

They guided us through a very sad and difficult time with the loss of our loved one, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

A first class funeral director. They collected our mum from hospital two days after her death. During the 7 weeks  mum was in their care everything we asked for was ...yes. .. Our mum was kept in Rotherhithe for 4 weeks and then transferred to the Mottingham chapel of rest where she remained for nearly another 4 weeks under the care of Neil and Denise. A special thank you to Denise who guided us through our darkest hours / days with compassion, she helped us with the order of service cards / arranged for mum to come home for one more night and opened the branch on Saturdays and Sunday's for us to see our mum.  She even made us tea. Denise is a great ambassador to the Albin family..... She must be as she put up with us boys .. The day of the funeral was as perfect as it was ever going to be given that we had lost our girl /our mum /our everything,so a special thank you to George and his boys for conducting the funeral with the same compassion that seems to be in abundance at Albins.

A big thank you to the Albin family, I would recommend this organisation to anybody that has suffered loss and is looking for guidance together with compassion during their sad and difficult times.

Danny is a true loyal Ambassador for Albins and Hitchcock and shows dedication to your clients needs and to your Business, as do the rest of your team Jamie, Danny, Chris, Paul, and Steve (I believe the names are correct on Mums day).

Our Mums funeral was a beautiful farewell to "our Queen" and that's how proud we were made to feel, the Sun shining down on us, together with the supportive and compassionate care of your team is unforgettable!!!

Our family and friends had nothing but praise for you all at Albins and Hitchcock and Brother Julian delivering the service too.

A truly heartfelt, wonderful send off for our wonderful mum, so THANK YOU very much to you all!!!!
