FA Albins were wonderful from start to finish they spoke to my mum to help he plan her funeral and didn't push any extras but listened to what she wanted. On her passing they were professional and compassionate. They made organising the day effortless and the personal touches they added were beautiful including Christine standing outside Albins as the cars drove passed and paid her respects ... George and the team on the day didn't rush us and couldn't do more for us. 100% would recommend.

FA Albins were amazing right from the very first phone call when my husband passed away. They were so accommodating and we were so impressed with the respectful and professional presentation when they collected my husband from the house. Then we met Jo the face of Crayford and she was so friendly and caring, she had nothing but passion for her job and she shows you that she cares about your love one and she looks after them gently and respectfully. All of our wishes and requests were discussed and met very professionally. Jo and Steve went above and beyond the entired time my husband was in the chapel of rest, it began to feel like we were all one big family. They really are the most lovely people and I couldn't have asked for better people caring for my loved one. I was helped to get things done and kept informed. Albins on the day of the funeral literally fulfilled all my expectations. They were so smartly dressed and organised. They took a lot of care to ensure everything went smoothly and we felt like we were in very good hands especially with Steve conducting the service. The overall funeral was probably a bit more expensive conpared to other companies but I feel the caring service and elegance you recieve was worth every penny. They really do take care of you and they really do care and have sympathetic hearts. Would recommend FA Albins Crayford to anyone.

Unforunately, we lost both of our parents within three months.



In both cases, we trusted Albins to take care of the funeral arrangements. Quite simply, they were brilliant and every single member of staff we met were absolutely wonderful people.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jo, Steve, George, Father Michael and all the team at F A Albins.  thank you for looking after us and helping us give daddy the send of he deserved. 

Jo and Steve are a credit to your team, and nothing was to much for them. Even the undertakers that took dad away showed so much respect and it made us feel comfortable that our darling dad was being looked after. 

George and his team were amazing so professional, kind, considerate and could not do enough for us. Not only did they keep us safe and helped send dad on his way they made us smile and laugh which I think helps in these situations. The respect that they had was second to know even leaving a rose at the door when we left and placing one by the river which was dads happy place.
