From the moment I first spoke to Dan on the the conductor brother Jason and I knew albin and hitchcocks were the only funeral directors to use.
His guidance throughout was second to none.
Alfie and the team on the day were impeccable throughout and looked after everyone.

We cannot recommend Albins enough. The service was outstanding. Jo and Steve are warm, friendly and kind. They took care of our precious child in the most caring and respectful way. Planning a funeral is not something anyone wants to do but it was handled with sensitivity and consideration. The premises is spotless and feels very homely. The 'bedrooms' are such a special way to refer to the place loved ones are resting in and are presented in a way that is comfortable to spend time in. This isnt an experience we ever expected to go through, but the gratitude, admiration and absolute respect we have for Jo and Steve is immense. Thank you, we will forever be grateful for how you took care of the most precious part of us.

Elaine and Lynn are wonderful, they took care of our family with discretion and kindness.
Every detail was arranged for us so we that we could focus on our grief and sorrow for our loved one.

The whole team was wonderful, they also paid their respect outside the main branch when we passed with the hearse on the way to the cemetery. That was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated.

In the most difficult moment of life they are there for you and it's comforting to know that you are in safe and kind hands, cannot thank them enough. ❤️

Hello, we were very impressed and truly grateful for the speed with which Simon was able to take our dad from the nursing home into your care. On that day, we had the wedding of my son (who lives in New York) and the call to my sister regarding my dad's death was difficult enough to deal with. The meeting with Christine and her work in the organisation of the support by Albins, the Order of Service and all the final details was superb.

My only comment would be that for some reason the funeral car with myself, my Uncle and sisters stopped at Kemnal Greenacres so we could use the facilities but then unfortunately drove up to the entrance to the chapel so we all had to then walk this last section. Having said that, Alfie made a huge effort on the way to Kemnal to pass by my father's favourite place and local bowls club to lay a flower.

We were so pleased we chose Albins to look after my dad's final journey.

We have been very happy with Albins from day 1 with our meeting with Christine. They have been extremely helpful at the welling branch and even if you call and go through to another branch. Always happy for you to call with any concerns from day 1. All at Albins from Christine to the men who brought dad to the crematorium have been extremely respectful.

Our family were originally with a different funeral director. We were far from happy with how things were going. Just by chance my sister and I popped in and had a talk with Lyn and I must say how lovely of a person she is. Very sweet, soft, empathetic and understanding. Lyn went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was taken care of, especially the care of our mother who was transferred to their care. 
We are so happy with how speedy and precise the arrangements were managed. The day of our mother’s funeral went smoothly. The otherwise, pall bearers (the family carried mummy into the service), were lovely and very kind. Jaime lead and ensured the family were well taken care of. 
I couldn’t be happier with everything they have done for the family and we thank you for all of your support and care towards us and for taking good care of our beloved mummy.

Albins at Deptford High Street with Elaine and Lynn looking after my Georgie were lovely with her and took great care of my daughter. From the moment I called them, on the night dad died, and throughout all my interactions with them, they have been courteous, helpful and professional. They were recommended to us by a family friend who used them five years ago, and I would now thoroughly recommend them too. If Simon, who was overseeing Dads arrangements, wasn't available, one of his colleagues was on hand to assist. Excellent service from start to finish.

They showed our loved one and our family care and understanding at a time when it was most needed. That’s why we have continued to use Albin & Sons as my family have for many years.

The photo reflection was beautiful and the web link we had to relations in Australia was superb. They all felt that they were there on the day.

Everything went smoothly. Jo and Steve were very helpful and caring throughout and made the whole process as painless as possible during what is obviously a difficult time. They took very good care of my mother. Their recommendation of Michelle Harvey as the celebrant to take the service was also spot on as she put together a wonderful eulogy and it felt as though she had personally known my mother for many years.
