If I were able to give more than 5 stars I would. Shirley from the Walworth office was kind, helpfull and professional.
The staff that attended the funeral with us were wonderful, very respectful and helped steer us through a very difficult and emotional day.
My family and I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

From my very first phone call my family and I were treated with great care and respect. We were supported throughout the whole process of organising the funeral and on the day we could not have asked for any better service. Albin's ensured that a difficult day was the best it could possibly be.

F A Albins and sons made what was a really upsetting time for us as a family more manageable. The professionalism, care and support they gave us was greatly appreciated, every member of staff we met or spoke to went above and beyond for our dear dad/husband while he was resting in their care and for us as a family as we were grieving. The service to celebrate dad’s life was so well organised and on the day every member of Albins staff were so thoughtful, professional and caring towards us. You made a really difficult time much easier to handle. So to all of you, your professionalism and compassion is extraordinary, thank you.

I definitely made the right decision when I chose Albin’s in Crayford for my Mum’s funeral. They went above and beyond with every aspect. From the initial planning, right through to the service everything was done with compassion. I cannot thank them enough for making an incredibly hard time so much easier to deal with and prepare for. Joanne Branch dealt with all my questions and concerns that I had when planning a funeral for the first time and she put my mind at ease from our first meeting with her very caring attitude. Albin’s service was of the highest quality and I am so glad that we chose them and would recommend to all.

Absolute excellence from day one. I was panicking having to organise the actual funeral but Elaine James   took all the stress out of what I was dreading having to do, the arrangements.  On the actual day of the funeral your first class staff made the day run perfectly, it couldn’t of been more perfect. I truly thank all Albins staff involved.

Albins are very professional and full of respect for the deseased and family members.
