Without a shadow of doubt, F.A. Albin Walworth, are the most professional, considerate, heartwarming people I have ever had the pleasure (within very sad circumstances) to meet.
My brother, Steve's, Funeral was the third I have had the misfortune to arrange in very short succession.
The first, being the introduction to Shirley, George and Jamie, from FA Albin Walworth, was for My Dad in 2022.
From collecting my dad from his home, shortly after his passing, to the helpful, caring approach at the office when organising, to the impressive day they created for My Dad, allowing us to have a send off that we could only have hoped for, they blew us (My entire family and friends) away. 

So following my dear wife's passing in 2023, there was absolutely "no doubt" as to the "ONLY" Funeral Directors I would trust with my most precious of possessions and OH WOW !!! FA Albin Walworth, organised by Shirley and orchestrated by George and Jamie, once again, along with an army of extremely smartly dressed gentlemen, with their impressive limousines, that just oozes class, professionalism and a thoughtful caring approach, that ensures every single minute detail has been thought through and executed with total and complete thoughtfulness and heartfelt dignity, from a company that is not just doing a job or a service, they are actually holding your hands and your heart and really are immersed into making sure that this final mark of respect for your loved one, in this case, My Beautiful Wife Gina, who was taken too early, gave mine and Gina's family an unforgettable memorable day full of love and respect, that you feel from each and everyone of the FA Albin Walworth Team and something that everyone comments on still today.
They have created a standard that is head and shoulders above any other.

Therefore when my younger brother Steve was taken from us suddenly, it was an absolute no brainer as to whom I would trust with his fairwell.

Its also worth mentioning, that I shall be entering into 'The Pre Arrangement Package' for myself, as I would 'ONLY WANT' these people to lay me to rest, when that day final comes.

So once again to Shirley, George, Jamie and the Entire FA Albin Team, from the bottom of my heart, Thankyou Kindly, for being there once again and for being who you all are !! "The Best of The Best"

I am a Kenyan and was part of the team that arranged Marianne's funeral mass in the UK. This was our first interaction with funeral directors and had no idea where to start or what to expect. Alvin & Hitchcock, you were exceptionally cordial, empathetic, friendly and courteous. You held our hands and accommodated all our requests. Your services were simply STELLAR! The entire day spent with you, Alvin (about 7 hrs) was impeccable and extremely beautiful. Alvin, you were family (not just a service provider) and because of your dedication, we gave Marianne the most befitting send off! We recently used F A Albin's of Mottingham to arrange our beloved dads funeral, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial consultation with the amazing Denise, they displayed genuine empathy and professionalism. The team were incredibly attentive to our needs, ensuring every detail was handled with respect and dignity. They went above and beyond to personalize the service, making a difficult time feel manageable. Their commitment to providing a meaningful farewell was truly appreciated. Unfortunately our family has lost 3 beloved family members within the last 18 months and we have used Albin's for all of them. Jo, Steve and the boys did an absolute sterling job whilst dealing with our mums funeral. From taking care of her with the upmost respect, to caring for my sister and myself including other family members that went to visit. They are so professional whilst at the same time having a caring soft  approach to every decision we made. We cannot thank them enough. They truly are the best. The initial appointment with the team was very pleasant and honourable bearing in mind the sensitive nature of the occasion. Joanna was very comforting and talked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had in a professional manner. We were in communication throughout the process either by personal appointment, telephone or email which was very satisfactory as we had questions at different stages of the process. She was very reassuring as were the other office staff. The pallbearers were very dignified and friendly and helped to make the whole process honourable for my later father. I have no reservations in recommending Albins to family, friends an colleagues.
