Alfie and his team were incredible. Such care and dignity throughout. Jan our celebrant was just as much fantastic. Together they made the very hard day much easier and calming and I can only thank them for that.

Respectful caring,compationate and professional every step of the way from when first collecting my husband from home ,while he was in the chaple, to the funeral an excellent service and a speacial thank you to Shirley at the Brandon Street chaple who looked after my husband perfectly and was there for myself and the family every step of the way. I would also like to thank the staff at head office for the care they gave toy husband in making look so at peace and like the person he was before he passed I will be forever greatful and thank you to everyone else how was part of my husbands final journey you were all excellent because that is what FA Albin & Sons is an excellent and personable service from start to finish thank you.

The second time using their services, the most stunning team and service both times for both our parents.
This time was very delicate as it was for our beloved mother and the dignity and care and empathy is incredible.
Every step of the way, Shirley kept me well informed, nothing was too much for her.
On the day, the pallbearers and Alfie was so caring and kind, again keeping me informed of the proceedings and even allowing me and my husband to have our own time at the graveside after the ceremony. Nothing felt rushed at all. The music at the graveside was a touch. Honestly I could go on. Thank you Shirley, Alfie and the Albins team. God bless you all.

Impeccable service from start to finish. All the staff we came across went above and beyond there duties. So much compassion shown from Jo in the Crayford branch and never made to feel a nuisance. Steve, James and the other guys on the day could not have asked for better. Would highly recommend to use.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to William for providing an incredibly professional, immaculate, and compassionate farewell for our mother. I am deeply grateful for all the kindness that William and his team showed both the night before and on the day of my mother’s funeral. William was truly thoughtful and considerate of our entire family, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at ease. His care and attention gave us the confidence we needed during such a difficult time, and we trusted him completely.

This is the first time I had to arrange a funeral, it was very pleasant to arrange it over the phone (I live over 100 miles away) Shirley made it so easy 
On the day of the funeral just before we left one of the team placed a single yellow rose on the doorstep, one of the team walked in front of the hurst and another walked at the side of the hurst.

I have never seen so much care given to the funeral party at the house and the church

Well what can you say. They simply the best the thing with Albins you call them about everything I know I sort of drove them mad this time.

The wonderful Joanna at Bermondsey nothing to much trouble she goes overboard to help

Elaine at Deptford lovely catering and her judgement saved me money and everyone at Funeral loved the food

And ofcourse the Guy,s lead by James I know it was a bit different but everyone commented on how so on time so profession and so calm and beautiful and how nice you were to me.

This is the second time within a few months that we have had to arrange a funeral through Albins for family members.
From the initial consultation to the funeral itself everything was carried out with us in mind and it felt personal and proffesional in every stage of the proceedures.
I would recommmend the services of Albins who assisted us to bury our family members with dignity and understanding.
