We could not have asked for more from Albin’s, from the minute we placed the call until the time we picked up the ashes. All the staff at the Sidcup office were wonderful , kind , empathetic, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and they all made the whole experience more bearable at this very sad time . Albins provided a first class service throughout. From the first point of contact they were thoroughly supportive and attentive with the perfect balance of what was needed by us. The initial meeting was sensitively handled, clear, provided comprehensive information for us to make our own decisions and our choices were carried out completely as planned.  The funeral day went without a hitch and we were guided every step of the way. Albins are a professional company and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

It was never going to be any one else but Albin’s since 1956 when my Nan died 
 and the family tradition began. Several members of the family have had Albin’ since.
My Husband’s funeral was made so perfect by the professionalism they gave us.

We had the most professional service from all the staff at F.A.Albin. No request was too much and they made sure we were happy and comfortable to make decisions when planning Dad's funeral.
On the day everything was seamless and they gently guided us through what we needed to do with compassion, never rushed.

We recently entrusted F.A. Albin & Sons with the funeral arrangements for our beloved mum, June Hall, and we cannot speak highly enough of the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team.
From the very first phone call—late at night—the support we received was outstanding. The team who came to collect Mum treated her with such dignity and respect, arriving in full funeral attire and handling everything with grace. From that point on, every step of the journey felt deeply personal and handled with great sensitivity.
Meeting with Donna to plan the funeral felt like more than just logistics—it was a shared tribute to our mum. Every visit to the Chapel of Rest was met with warmth and kindness from the reception staff, which provided us with comfort during an incredibly difficult time.
On the day of the funeral, everything was flawless. John and the drivers were not only professional but incredibly thoughtful. One especially moving moment was when John suggested we walk behind the hearse while a special song played—an unforgettable gesture that turned into one of the most meaningful parts of the day.
Albins truly thinks of everything. Even the smallest touches—umbrellas, water, and tissues in all the vehicles—made a difference and showed how much they care.
We are so grateful to everyone at Albins for giving our mum the most beautiful, respectful, and dignified send-off we could have imagined. Their service and compassion have left a lasting impression on our whole family.

From the moment we walked into F A Albin & Sons in Mottingham, we knew they were the ones we wanted to handle my father-in-law’s funeral. The empathy and professionalism shown by Denise from our very first conversation made the entire process far more bearable during an incredibly emotional and stressful time.

Denise guided us through everything with such care, and we’ll always be grateful for the support and warmth she offered. The conversations we had with Neil were also a real comfort — as with Denise, he took the time to listen, to understand, and to make sure everything felt just right.

On the day itself, George the conductor and his team were simply outstanding. The vintage Rolls Royce hearse was a perfect tribute to our 92-year-old Dad/father-in-law, Ron. Watching George lead the hearse down the road Ron had lived on his entire life was incredibly moving and will stay with us forever.

Every single member of the team was respectful, professional, and treated Ron as though he was as special to them as he was to us. we honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Their attention to detail, compassion, and calm presence meant the world to us.

Thank you, F A Albins, for helping us give our Dad/Ron the farewell he so deserved.
